Trickle Spring Farm Purchase Process

Thank you for your interest in our Boykin Spaniel puppies. Below is our purchase process designed to ensure the best match between our puppies and their forever families.

Step 1: Join Our Waiting List

The first step is to join our waiting list. There’s no obligation or commitment required—it simply lets us know you’re interested in a Boykin puppy from Trickle Spring Farm. Please note that joining the waiting list does not guarantee a puppy from our next litter, as availability and timing vary. Our waiting list is dynamic and changes frequently, so patience is essential.

Step 2: Notification of Availability

When we have a litter with available puppies, we contact families on our waiting list to confirm their continued interest. We understand that circumstances change—families may have found a puppy elsewhere, relocated, or shifted their timeline. That’s perfectly normal. We appreciate your patience as we work through this process. Our commitment is to provide healthy puppies from genetically sound, carefully selected parents.

Step 3: Review the Generic Contract

Once we confirm a puppy is available for you, we’ll provide access to our standard contract for your review. This document is designed to give you all the information needed to make an informed decision about purchasing a purebred Boykin Spaniel. We believe that acquiring a pedigree Boykin is a significant investment, and a formal contract ensures clarity on all terms and conditions of the sale, protecting both you and your puppy.

Step 4: Deposit and Personalized Contract

After you’ve reviewed the generic contract and decided to proceed, a non-refundable deposit is required to secure your puppy. This deposit confirms your commitment. Once received, we’ll prepare a customized contract containing your specific information and your puppy’s details for final review.

Step 5: Final Contract Signature

The final contract must be signed before your puppy can be delivered. All our puppies are sold under contract with Limited AKC Registration, which means your dog is fully registered with the American Kennel Club, but any litters produced by your dog will not be eligible for registration.
